How long does it go for?
This mini workshop is 90 minutes long. There's some bonus activities as well that might take it upto 2 hours.
How long do I have access to the recording?
You can access the recording for as long as I have my company running. I'm not planning on going anywhere!
I've never done this type of thing before and I'm unsure?
I completely understand! I was scared to invest in myself in the beginning of my journey too. This mini-workshop is go at your own phase and I make you feel completely safe throughout.
Will it be hard?
As a coach it's my job to teach, guide and support you along. Only you can actually do the work on the night but you're 100% supported by me along the way.
